The room was spacious with a private bathroom, minibar, and flat-screen TV. I enjoyed the balcony and the tea/coffee maker. Excellent spa facilities were a huge plus. The location was great for visiting markets and the tram was just a few minutes away. Overall, it hit all the right notes!

The sauna was a highlight—such a nice touch. The room was immaculate, featuring thick carpet and a well-stocked minibar for late night snacks.

The breakfast selection was limited on hot food options, which could use some improvement. Additionally, noise from the street might disturb light sleepers.

stayed at New for two nights, and it was a really nice experience. the location is strategic with a tram stop right in front, making it easy to explore the city. loved the friendly staff who were always available to help out.

Cramped rooms for couples!!! Limited bathroom lighting!!! Inadequate storage for belongings!!! The color scheme makes spaces feel smaller!!! Expect noise from the hallways and elevator!!!

Just a solid selection for a short weekend trip in Berlin with real value for money. The breakfast had an amazing variety, especially the made-to-order omelette. Check Sunday hours for nearby shops. many are closed then.

The accommodations were comfortable, with modern furnishings and lovely tall windows that filled the room with light. I particularly enjoyed the breakfast. the homemade organic products added a unique touch to the meal. However, the location on a busy street caused some disturbances, and the room felt a bit cramped for our extended stay. Additionally, the shower could benefit from improved water pressure.
